Rick Robisch Varsity Head Coach Coach Robisch is entering his 17th year coaching with Norwood, the last 15 years as Head Coach (longest tenure in Norwood Wrestling history).  Coach Robisch is also a proud 1980 graduate of Norwood and was a two time district qualifier in high school.  He currently teaches social studies at Norwood High School. Contact Coach Robisch Steve Schnee - Varsity Asst./Strength Coach Coach Schnee is entering his 6th year on the wrestling staff for Norwood.  Steve has been coaching football for 27 years. His first 21 years were at Norwood where he was the Head Coach for 5 years (96 - 00) and got the chance to coach in the East/West All-Star Game in 1992. Steve has been married for 21 years to Jane (Kitchen) and has 3 children. The Schnee’s reside in West Loveland. Kyle Wiles- JV/Varsity Asst. Coach   Derek Alsip-Varsity Asst. Coach Coach Alsip is a 2005 graduate and is the career wins leader at Norwood.  He was a two-time FAVC Champion as well as a Sectional Champion.  Derek wrestled for the College of Mount St. Joesph in 2006. Adam Stegman - Middle School Coach Coach Stegman is a 1998 graduate of Roger Bacon High School and will be coaching his first year for the Indians.  He played football and wrestled for four years in high school serving as Captain for both teams as a Senior.  Coach Stegman is completing his licensure/Masters Program at Xavier University. Frank May - Volunteer Coach Coach May has been the Head Wrestling Coach at both LaSalle and Norwood High Schools during the 1980's and early in the 1990's.  He coached his teams to three Conference Championships and was named Conference Coach of the Year three times as well.  Coach May was inducted to both the Norwood Athletic as well as the SW Ohio Coaches Association Hall of Fame.

	Dominique Steele-Volunteer Coach Coach Steele is a 2006 Norwood Graduate and single season wins leader with 43.  Dom won every tournament that Norwood competed in until blowing out his ACL and ending his season at Districts.  That injury became the only blimish on his record as his season ended at 43-1.  Coach Steele will be assisting the High School Team this year.
